Anyone know where I can buy one of these in the USA?

[mymaseratidoes185]

It's one of the M5 screws that holds the plastic engine bay cover. Scuderia wants $58.00 for (1) one, that's a big NO! Thanks for any suggestions.

I *think* I have some in the garage. They aren't in great nick though. Remind me and I'll look later

Would a domed head set screw with washer do the job?
You could buy them in stainless steel too?

[MarkMas]

Part number seems to be: 67721000

Eurospares say they are £6.94 in the UK (plus shipping I suppose). If US shipping is prohibitive, someone on here could post one to you. Or @conaero might have one lying about.....

Or $18 from Tom Vail's All Ferrari Parts Inc in Cleveland, OH

Ferrari Part 67721000 Screw in Maserati QTP. (2006) (Bodywork Table 913 Wheelhouses, Doors)

Really? From Cleveland, OH to Tallahassee, FL? That's a lot!

These guys ship worldwide, haven't had dealings with them though.

After the orange man comes around for collecting tax, may still be ridiculously expensive

Oh, your right, mixed up the place, I sent 2 emails to Tom Vail to find it on their site or send me a link to purchase and they never replied....still on the hunt for one.

@conaero @Zep @Felonious Crud can someone let me DM @mymaseratidoes185 so I can sort this out?

Sorry, Cat, I can't. I *think* @conaero might be able to but as far as I know until @mymaseratidoes185 has made the requisite number of posts he's unable to DM or be DM'd.

(Apologies for the tardy reply, by the way, due to work travel and then some bumbling around SE Asia on holiday.)

[mymaseratidoes185]

I was wondering why I couldn't DM, I've been on forums since the internet began way before the launch of aol and this is the first forum I couldn't find where to DM. So it will appear after X amount of posts?
