Many, many, many years ago we had a 4200 thread on the mystery of the phallic hand break as even when these cars were hardly that old some had erecting hand breaks and some didn’t. It may have even been in the old forum before Sports Maserati.

Do think it is an issue and sure it could be adjusted.

Even if it needed new shoes or a cable doing this car is a bargain in my opinion for one lovingly looked after on the forum.

I agree Phil…As we know the car and Matt has vouched for how good it is I would be not be put off by the miles ….Buy it and keep it forever….Lots of smiles per mile….

What a stunning colour! I must say, I am tempted.

Of all the Maserati's on autotrader, it's currently the listing with the 2nd highest miles. 1st place goes to a Granturismo with 160k.

The 2nd cheapest gransport on Autotrader is at £18,950 with 57k miles. For 3k more, you can have a car with half the miles.

I'm not afraid of high mileage cars but the market is.

If you really have to sell, I'd suggest eBay or collectingcars.
