Don’t know the answer, but I did read this morning that research has now indicated that you are more likely to die from a blood clot arising from catching COVID than you are from a blood clot arising from having a vaccine. I’ll take my chances with the vaccine thank you very much.

Had 2nd Pffizer jab last week, few days later whole body swelled up, covered in serious raised red rash, had to go to A&E so bad, admitted staight away onto ward, pumped full of drugs , they were worried about anaphylactic shock) now home on steroids but feeling sXXt. Bollox Why me.

Glad you are ok, I had the same red spots/rash all up my back after about day 3. Not had the second jab yet but due in June, still not quite over the first lol. Effects us all differently unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your outlook.

Your mum told you to not look at those dirty mags when you were 13, now look what’s happened!

PS glad you’re ok now.

It’s all age related with varying probability well correlated with age. Nothing wrong with your choice.

Is the second jab the same as the first jab in terms of what it is, reason I ask is ive had my first in UK but something is messed up with my second, first was 15/03 nothing since. I go n NHS site and it keeps telling me ive cancelled my second which I most certainly haven't, and any new bookings are a month away. Additional I've been invited for my first jab in BE, assuming its AZ like my last one, should I take that as my second?

I think one issue is that two systems are running.
I got notified by my GP and booked my first through them.
Had it with not date for second.
Got notified for second again by my GP, get it on Tuesday next week which will be exactly 7 weeks apart.

The Mrs being younger couldn't wait for GP notification and booked through NHS Web site as soon as her age was permitted.
Had the first and was given the date for the second at that time, in 12 weeks time
Then after receiving the first got notified by her GP to book through them. Which she ignored.
The GP system and national NHS system doesn't appear in sync.

The second should be the same as your first (I believe they are currently trialing having a different first and second jab) and when I went for mine I had to show them the card I was given with my first - if I were you, I'd try and check what they are offering you in BE (although at some of the centres I've worked at they didn't know what they were getting until that day - generally not a problem for the first jab.) And like you the NHS booking site said I'd cancelled my second jab but I had the option of several sites I could book in at, although some were quite a distance away. Good luck

Can t believe we re all rushing in to have a vaccine that in comparison to other drugs and vaccines has been rushed through - were does it stop ? When the country is on its knees perhaps ? Myself and a few friends are seriously considering not having the second jab - why ? Because we don t trust the motives behind it and think its all a bit sinister and too convenient and don t like where its all heading but if you have total trust in our world leaders be my guest have one for me

Don’t worry we’ll all get shot from a grassy knoll before the chips in the vaccine are activated.

Well me for one wants to be able to travel again and that means I need the vaccine passport so we make our choices.

If you have had the first, why is the second one so sinister?
Perhaps everyone who is suspicious should volunteer to help India cope with their current crisis.
