One of my salesman, a particularly effective 21 year old, has decided to by a 2 year old V6 F-type Jag.

Insurance is proving to be difficult to find.

Can anyone here help?

He was offered cover by one company that then withdrew their offer after he agreed to pay the ridiculous amount of money they were asking for. Understandably he's very annoyed about this!

He's collecting the car on Saturday!

Blimey he must be doing well !

He is, and should be able to enjoy the spoils.

When I was his age I had a nice new Mitsibushi 3000GT, and the insurance was about £1,100... Times change, but there must be a way we can get the boy insured.

What about jaguar.co.uk.....they do their own insurance.

Don't dismiss the price comparison sites but also try some that are not on there (e.g. Direct Line)

One place a worked at one of the lads had a Sierra Cossie and less than great driving record. Company insured it as a company car for him and he was taxed on it, etc. and they took the premium difference out of his salary.

No sure it's possible now, this was 1992 or so
