6 services in 22,000 miles seems ok to me. Of course we would all want to see 17 services regardless of mileage but I would be looking at the last 5 years and seeing what work had been done and by who. Is suspect the last cambelt at 19,000 miles would have been a while ago so negotiate in a cambelt or get monies knocked off and away you go.

Of more concern would be any recent long periods of inactivity.

Without a long list of invoices, that does seem a recipe for potentially large amounts of recommissioning work...... only 4k miles in 10 years will potentially have bundled up lots of potential $$$
