Had cause to return something to a supermarket - the daft apeth unwittingly put the faulty item back in the bag and not the replacement.
This was pointed out with a laugh upon which I was accused of being insensitive.
Suggesting he might have been overly sensitive only made matters worse.
He called for his supervisor as he felt abused and I was asked to apologise.
Politely declining the invitation I asked the youngster if he was at college and what he was studying.
Chemical Engineering going on to work for BP. Picking myself off of the floor I suggested he quickly developed a thick skin.
Otherwise you will get ripped to shreds. He walked off crying! We're all doomed I tell you - doomed :smile:

I would have complained to the supermarket for snowflake thinking more about themselves than the stores customer service!
They're paid to do a job, get on and f*cking do it!!!!
