Any alternatives to head gaskets for the 3200? both local suppliers and euros pares say NLA
Might seem expensive, but when the Eurospares pattern part is £175+vat each, maybe not that bad. Maybe speak to Eurospares as well? They did have pattern head gaskets in stock until recently.

Hello,

Do you know if there are alternative parts for the following ones:
  • compressor belt: 200738
  • belt pulley: 172537
  • belt tensioner: 233644

Thank you!

Pulley and tensioner no, belt, get the number off the belt and I’m sure your local motor factors will have it.

For example QP5/GT run 2 different sizes, 6PK 1565 and 1545

The 6PK refers to the number of ribs and the larger number is the circumference. A couple of mm out is fine so the more common 6PK1564 is fine

Hi Xavier

Belt is simply a 6PK1534 and you have several options. 1534 is the length in mm. You can easily choose a 1536 mm. Anything between 1534 and 1540 should fit what I know and 1534 is quite short from my experiance
Belt tensioner is same as Alfa 166/GTV/Spider 916 with 2,0l engine.
Belt pulley 172537: is from Fiat and Alfa with 1,9l JTD diesel engine (Alfa 146 or Alfa GT) e.g. Gates T36006 or INA 532 0370 20 (outer dia 80mm, inner dia 10mm, width 26)

Original (OAP) belt pully on the alternator is not available any more (even as NOS part very rare and when offered the price is horrible high).
But there are two options for replacement:
A) The OAP pully from Ford Focus II (MY2004 to 2012) with 2.0 and 1.8 l Engine can be mounted with (in sum) 3 mm shim washer (inner dia 17mm)
B) The OAP pully from Chrysler Voyager IV 2,5l and 2,8 l diesel engine can be used after some modifications with a turning or milling machine. Distance from the alternator has to be adjusted by shorten the inner diameter 2,9mm and the outer diameter by about 6mm (depends ab bit on manufacturer of pully).

The advantage of solution A) no mechanical modifcations needed but diameter is a bit less (49 instead of almost 56). Therefore the belt must be shorter. My estimation is about 10mm shorter but must be checked and maybe fine tuned during installation. But that's not a big deal. A 6PK1528 should fit I guess.

Best regards from Austria

I tried to get the brake bleeder screws. They cost around 30 euros a piece at all known parts dealers. Does anyone know the dimensions and whether I can use an alternative?

They are Brembo brakes so do a search or contact a Motorsports specialist like Demon Tweeks or a Porsche Specialist too.
