Looking to get my QP V GTS wheels refurbished and live in south West London. Where do you recommend as a trusted place to go for this work? Thanks

I would also put a shout in for pristine wheels in Woburn (Milton Keynes).

They did the wheels on Hunta’s car four years ago and they still look good. MAF has also used them recently and was impressed.

Hi all, wanted to ask for any recommendations for wheel refurb in north London or near St Albans.

Particularly looking for good value (not too expensive) as well as decent quality. Thanks!

If you’re able to come ooop norf, I’ve got a powder coating plant near York, where we could do a same day refurb. If not, we’ve done refurbishments via the courier system, although you’d need to remove the wheels yourself etc

My son used Herts wheels, StAlbans on his Golf, he was really pleased with the results

Thank you @JJbing. A trip up to York is always very tempting and doing the wheels could be a good excuse! In case I do find an opportunity to come up (no promises) could you PM or share details on what the cost would be for 4 x QP V Sport GT wheels which are this style? I wanted to get them in a Porsche satin platinum colour called POR OB5. Thanks

A little further afield, but Bespoke Alloys in Denham are absolutely outstanding. I'm exceptionally OCD and they exceed my standards. You can leave your car with them and they remove and refit tyres at no cost. The wheels are refurbished properly - stripped, repaired and powder coated. Cost is £72 per wheel of any size (I've had 17s, 20s and 22s done) or £60 cash. I've tried many other highly recommended companies, but now won't go anywhere else.

@MAF260 - that’s a great lead. I’ll enquire with them also. Thank you very much!

Great value that if they’re a quality outfit. Most places are more than that nowadays. I know a place locally that charge £700 a set; and somehow they’re still in business.

Worst thing now is diamond cut wheels being a nightmare at £120-180 per wheel most places; although I’m sure that £72 per wheel doesn’t extend to diamond cut finish.

I will report back after next week on Bespoke Alloys in Denham. The others are all good options too and offer value added services for the price.

The best thing is the personal reference from forum members!

They're astonishing value, especially considering they're in London. I doubt the price includes diamond cut, but have never enquired. They are the go-to place for many of the London premium/supercar sellers and always have some exotics parked there when I've used them.

I'll be very interested to hear your review, I'm sure you'll be as delighted as I always am with them. The owner is meticulous about QC and provided a nice little extra touch when I last used them a couple of months ago - a complimentary locking wheel nut bag..
