With the restrictions lifting, we are now looking forward to our first All Italian Car Breakfast Meet of 2021, to be held Saturday the 7th August.
As with our previous meets, it will be at The Departure Lounge Cafe, just outside Alton in northern Hampshire.

The café is a great venue for a breakfast meet, as it has a large solid field on which the owner lets us park so as to be able to display our cars all together and out of the main public car park.

The meet starts at 10am, which is when the café opens, and is not a formal event so no booking is necessary, and entry is free, so just come along if you fancy it.

It is open to any Italian car of any age, and we have had classics and supercars through to modern Maseratis, Alfas, and Fiats and everything in between. Attendees have come from across the southern counties and as far afield as London, Kent, and Dorset, with many clubs supporting the event.

The format is simple, we park up, chat to other owners and look at the cars on show, and have some breakfast if you want to. People usually drift away after lunch. We have had close to 200 cars at some of last years' events, so there is plenty to see, and always lots of Alfas.

We would love to see you all again, or meet you for the first time if you haven’t been before. Please do also spread the word to other Italian marque forums or social media that you are part of.

Sounds excellent but we have a family birthday, celebrated by a day out at an aviation museum where a merlin engine will be running at close quarters. So we will not be at the departure lounge.
Please post pictures.

Sounds good! I’ll be there

I've got a 50 mile run along the infamous A272...so a big breakfast at the end of it seems deserved. I'll be there.

You could come in the other car and skulk on the sidelines
Eb

That might be a bit inappropriate after all my nasty remarks about Fiats, etc at these sort of events!

No, my cunning plan is for @safrane @montravia or @RoaryRati to give me a lift to Alton, and for @conaero to finish and bring over my perfected QP from SportsItalia somehhow. But I haven't dared tell any of them yet. Shhhh!

Watching the weather on this one, so long as it’s not chucking it down, I will be coming.

I shall be along too. Weather looks a bit iffy but I'm going anyway. Haven't been to anything so far this year.
Tried to book for Stansted Park the next weekend too but missed the boat there as they're full. Disappointed.
That'll teach me to get organized.
