Hi guys ,
Managed to replace rear phonic rings ,checked on all sensors reading ok ...but still showing the abs/ no asr .
Have I missed anything glaringly obvious?
Thanks for all / any advice so far , especially from the Maserati Shed ...I’d be there and have this sorted if I wasn’t so far north

have you checked the connectors in the leads from the wheel sensors? They can cause problems.

Try finding a garage with the SD2 to get a readout from the ECU
The typical failure mode for those ECUs is total failure where they won’t even communicate with diagnostics anymore and unfortunately it’s quite common in all Bosch 5.3 ABS systems

Thanks again for the input guys... I’m taking her back to my friends garage, on the lift and double double double check as I’ve just seen the price of an ECU thanks again
Hi, Did you manage to get to the bottom of this fault? I have the same problem on another 3200GT.
Regards, Mark

Hi Mark
Yes eventually, however I chased this bloody issue endlessly when really the first port of call should have been a full diagnostic ...there are so many potential faults .
Long story very short everything worked but there was a electrical fault on the system which took hours to find ...not cheap either.so my advice is plug her in !
Hope you have some success ,also these 3200s are a law unto themselves, that’s why I love them!
Regards
