Alternator and PS belts off and idler bearings pushed out.

Hill Engineering appear to want £85 per bearing
Eurospares want £17 each but they always mug you on postage costs so i refuse to use them
Ebay £15 each for the same bearings.

Belts look brand new but are only £12 each.

Hill engineering do make a tool to hold the flywheel so you can undo the crank bolt - will order one of them

almost done !

Hill Engineering make a little tool to hold the flywheel while you undo the crank pulley - £140 but would struggle without it.

Workshops says clamp the pulleys with mole grips !

A bit of grease coming out of the old bearings but nothing atrocious.

All back together.

Tensioned using the Gates App.

It cost £500, Foskers were about £1000. Next time i will only need to change the actual belts as the bearings are all brand new - £100 !!

Just need to find some rear tyres for it now!

Do check the bushes on the timing belt tensioners also. Here are mine after 100,000 miles.
