4200 Battery Issue or Something More Serious?

Battery voltage at 11.63V without load.

When I try to start, all seems ok at first, but when I turn the key from I to II, it sounds like a gattling gun.

Any thoughts beyond the battery? I will try to charge the battery later but not possible at the moment because of where other vehicles are parked.

Battery for sure.

Winter kills them and also makes an engine harder to turn over.

Battery.

The noise is the starter solenoid engaging, which draws a load more current, making the voltage drop, causing the starter solenoid to disengage, so less current is drawn the voltage goes back up and the starter solenoid engages.....

Check the terminal connections and if okay put a multi meter across to see what voltage you have as the dash gauge not really accurate.
See what it drops too as someone cranks the starter.
Most likely a cell or two down.
