Dont know if realtime select if working ,don't tested.

hi ledlights,

The post you found on google is mine .

Don't know what is DTC...
RH oxygen sensor is Lambda ? RH = ?

Regards.

Hi Tom,

I'll check this later today - I replaced my lambda sensors (Oxygen sensors) last year and made a note of the codes - but I saw a number of references to the code relating to lambda sensor efficiency. The RH stands for right hand and DTC stands for diagnostic trouble code.

Hi Guys ,

Reading this with interest -
I have had this very intermittently over the last 2 years , it has started to be a bit more frequent from cold now ,Steve did you manage to source decent priced sensors ?

cheers

The codes come up more frequently as the sensor degrades.

I looked up the Bosch part number and did a google trawl for the best prices. I paid about about £120 for both including VAT. I can look up the part number if you need it but it's on here somewhere.

When Shiltec replaced the clutch on my 3200 earlier this year,I also had them replace both Lambda and Knock sensor's plus the Starter motor,as these components were over 12 years old by then and were working well out of there design window

Apparently 3200 Lambda sensor's were a service item back in the day, but nobody even the dealers replaced them because of the costs, and the cars of course were great and were working just fine..
Then fast forward ten years!

Hi steve, i have actualy the same DTC of you.
For me it's the 2 Lambda are out of service. I would to repace it after summer.
Have you notticed some burned oil leak on exaust ?
And i noticed pressure of oil is less and less week after week...

Hi Tom ,
No , oil pressure is good and no issues regarding that - indeed Lambdas won't have any bearing on that whatsover , it only is a bit "wooly" every so often from a cold start - normally clears within a second or 2 .

I get the same issue with lambda. DTC are comming at cold start.

Any idee for low pressure oil ? I check level and is ok. Sender ? I have not noticed "bumping" of gauge. But no DTC or red light for low pressure...

Oil pressure problem is probably sender (the same happens on an Alfa 156 for example), so change it and see if it resolves problem. If not, you'll have to connect an external gauge to make sure that it isn't a real problem of low oil pressure (which very occasionally happens on these cars) and go from there.

Could well be the sender - they are known to be unreliable , there are a few posts on here regarding this . I don't think it is particularly easy to change . My pressure gauge has been a bit ifffy since I owned the car , has a funny turn every now and then !

Hi Tom,

I think 4 of these codes should go when you change your lambda sensors. P0225 and p1226 point to the throttle pedal pot, so you might want to a)get it cleaned, b) connect the 2 outputs together as described in one of the "how to" posts or c) replace the pedal pot. Others have noticed these codes coming up when their throttle bodies are on their last legs too, so you should have a look at both.

Has any one successfully reset an airbag ecu using this software? If so which def file did you load and which connection setting did you use, I have tried and failed and need to get mine reset for the MOT.
