3200 won't start

Year 2000, manual 3200
Yellow key code light on, NO/ASR and slow down on dash display. Does anyone have experience & how to fix ?

Check your battery voltage - with a meter across the battery, NOT the gauge on the dash.

No/ASR is what I saw when I had low battery and the CODE and emissions could be impacted by low battery.

It turned out to be ridiculously simple. As the owner's manual says, if something stops working check the fuses. Found fuse #13, services, loose. Pushed it fully home & bingo .....all sweet.

This car has 71 fuses. More fuses than a fireworks factory in China ? The loose fuse I can blame on a mechanic attempting to fix an unrelated problem last year. I got lucky by first checking the group of 20 fuses in the passenger well.
