3200 Radio Update

If I wanted to update the radio in my 3200 , with auditorium, from the original Becker cassette, I could go for a more up to date Becker with a CD player, which I’ve been told is a straight swap.

But will any radio fit/work?

I can rebuild an engine or gearbox but car stereos I have no idea about.

Yes it will, I had a gransport becker fitted in mine.

Changing the radio is pretty standard, just the same as any other car, no problems. I fitted a Parrot Asteroid Classic to my car and its a wonder definitely the most technology you can get in a 1 height slot!! Sadly I don't think they make them any more

Thanks, I was unsure whether the amp in the boot made any difference.

You can bypass the amp; the in and out cables are male and female.

If you get a high power head it may pop your amp.
