In case anyone is interested my 3200 is up on car and classics auction. I think it's time I got myself a Maserati I am actually ULEZ exempt from!

Pretty much the autotrader trader price it was up for... with fees it may even be more.

Well done, hopefully you'll be happy with that. Must admit I think the advice from the oracles on here to use one of the auction sites to sell mine too (4200 Manual) looks accurate... hmm

An update, the buyer pulled out. So I just have to relist it again.

Bit of a pain to be honest.

Was hoping to get a grantourismo :(

Did they give an idea why, or just another dreamer?

I mentioned on the ad there was an error message which comes up on the dash due to a faulty actuator (almost in those exact words). The buyer stated this was the reason for cancelling........ its literally listed on the ad. They also bidded multiple times. I just don't understand

I need to wait 3 more weeks before I can relist on C&C. In that time I might just fix the actuator. Anyone know anywhere in (or around) London where I could go that doesn't involve me remortgaging my house? :p

Mine would occasionally throw that if not used. If it is constant, then probably stripped teeth. Do you know which actuator? Maybe a second hand one if available? It is shared with Ferrari.

Front left actuator. Got it confirmed by HR Owen. I had it replaced with another one at a separate garage. Which I hoped would fix the problem. Actually the error light disappeared for a few days then came back. In the HR Owen inspection notes , they mentioned that they tried it on the front right suspension just to confirm. I was told they moved it back to the front left after testing but I'm not convinced. Just my luck. Maybe I replaced the wrong actuator but I will take them for their word.

I guess an SD2 would tell us exactly which one?

Give Mike a call at maserati shed, he will likely be able to help with the actuator and go as far as to say will likely tell you why the failure occurred and maybe tell you how it can be fixed economically! Mike is always worth a shout for 3200's
Good luck and sorry to hear about the buyer pulling out of the sale.
