Also saw that on PistonHeads. At least we know where the reserve is set...

Thoughts on the engine bay? Have to admit at first glance I wasn’t sold but the more I look at it the more I like it. Still not sold on the red grill trident though

Nothing to do with me, but looks lovely and low miles too, a potential bargain for someone?
Excuse the Starskey and Hutch vibes in the vid , i had to turn them off! Lol

The bodywork and the interior look in very good condition, but personally I would be very reluctant to buy a 3200 on an auction. It might be one of those low mileage nicely stored and rarely driven ones, that hide big issues and eventually require thousands to get the car in god condition mechanically.

Shock ,Horror, Still lots of negativity regarding the 3200 then. Shame. I'm really pleased I didn't listen to any of it when I bought mine . Some owners live by them, some owners throw money at them....pick your poison....

3200s are great cars, the more I drive my GTA the more excited I am, but realistically speaking it is risky to get one in an auction unless you consider it as a potential project and are able to put personal effort and work on the car in which case you save the labour cost of potential repairs.
What I am saying is that you might get it for 10000£ in the action and need another 10000£ easily to get it sorted, whereas if you buy one that has been inspected you reduce the risk of bad surprises

I agree, a superb car. Luckily for buyers, the dodgy ones and the scare stories seem to be keeping prices down. They can be very much a lottery though inspection or not. What I did find though is that they respond well to being used.
