3200 auto judder

Hi as some of you know i have had a few problems with my 3200. I still have the intermitting fault on the autobox in reverse but now i get a judder/balance feeling inside the car at 70+mph, after a while the ASR + ABS warning lamp come on the dash and as soon as you lift off the throttle the box drops a gear. The problem only comes on at 70+ and when you stop turn the car off and leave it when you get back in the ASR/ABS lamp are re-set and the car is fine aslong as you keep under 70mph. I did notice the rubber d/nut on the gearbox was in poor condition and was going to try and replace that 1st to see if it fixed or helped the problem. Any one any ideas of what else it may be??? Both front tyres are new but the rears had been on the car when it was standing un-used so i will check the rear have not flat spotted.

Could well be the tires are flat spotted , i bought and RX8 which had been standing for for over 9 months it drove like a train , turned out the rear tyres had flat spots on them , soon as they were renewed the problem was solved
