Looks like this car needs a bit of TLC at least and although to looks nice not sure I would be spending that much on it but as above find another one.

wholly depends on whether the minor rust issues shown in previous owner's video were properly taken care of and if they were then in my book that's got be worth 14/15k of anyones money if you want a nice rhd car

The steering wheel is rough. It’s my pet hate. As it’s not expensive to fix and is your contact point with the car. If they don’t care about the wheel, what else don’t they care about?

you defo need to have a positive mental attitude;), doubt very much that would stop me looking at a classic car

It’s the £17k thing. If it was £10k fair enough. I know it’s a manual. But it’s not even a Racing or Ghibli GT.

I own a 222SE , RHD in red , its a south african car and is rust free. Full History and well looked after, starts every morning without fail.

To give you an idea, there were only 37 RHD versions of the 222SE ever made . The press the Biturbo gets is the reason why people think this is not worth the money. but find me something that has that pedigree and low numbers for that price.....you simply cannot

Search the forum, I put pics up a while ago of my baby. And yeah I drive her almost every day. Fuel consumption is not for the feint of heart.

Hi all, newbie here lurking as I'm lusting after a Ghibli GT.

This 222se was my car and I had the pleasure of owning her for a couple of years. It was pre having children so the four seats weren't really a bonus like they are now I have two! I changed it for a TVR Tuscan which I still have (and love!)

This 222se was a genuinely good car, I bought it after it had been off the road for quite a while and suffered all the usual things after being laid up but I was really impressed with it. Super fast and a real handful when pressing on! I personally took the engine out and did the work at a friend's garage which was surprisingly straightforward to do. Replacing the heater fan however was not fun at all!

Hope the car is with an enthusiast and being enjoyed!
