Progress continues to be slow... but it’s still progress!
1st October - 89.0kg @28% body fat
3rd October - 87.4kg @ 26.5% body fat
10th October - 86.2kg @ 26.0% body fat
17th October - 86.0kg @ 26.0% body fat
24th October - 85.5kg @ 25.8% body fat
The positive way of looking at this is that overall, this means that I’ve lost 3.5kg (7.7lbs) in just over 3 weeks , which is broadly in line with the recommended healthy weight loss rate. Also, according to my scales, this 3.5kg weight loss is mainly fat, as my lean mass has only reduced by 0.5kg (64kg —> 63.4kg)…
The less positive is that in the last two weeks I’ve only lost 0.7kg....
