Great stuff. I suspect my numbers are going to be a bit rubbish this week. Fine dining over the weekend!

As predicted, not great but could be worse. Trend is still down. This weekend will be difficult. Global conference tomorrow, dinner with some dear friends on Saturday then Chinese for lunch on Sunday with my students. Oh well, marathon, not sprint

You’re still massively down from the 6th so that’s a great effort. Sometimes it’s good to have a blowout, keeps everything in perspective.
marathon as u say.

Yah, the trend is down. There's more exercise and I'm feeling much better!

Do a marathon and you could do all of the above. Like you say, slow and steady wins the race for losing weight and being healthier. You want to be developing new, sustainable habits.

Back on track, lost the Christmas and New year gain, so still aiming for my April target. More importantly though, looks like I have my BP back in check.
Totally agree.
Ive a bp issue too. Get that under control and make gradual changes.
Well done.
