Bloody well done, sir! That's epic!

How do you feel?

In other news I got on a rowing machine in the gym yesterday and found it surprisingly enjoyable when suitably padded. I shall investigate ebay

I feel great for it, if I’m honest.

Am looking forward to having a glass of wine, or a proper beer from the 1st April, but am pleased to have shifted 20lbs of lard from around my belly and my chins... depressingly there is probably another 14lbs to go before I would be classed as lean (or at least not fat!)...

Awesome.
I've stopped posting weights as I'm pretty much where I need to be. Could do with a couple of pounds, but no big deal

13 13lb 6'4"

BMI (flawed as it may be, although I am not an olympic athlete or a rugby player) 23.7

Cheers

Got a full health check from work benefits. I expect it to tell me I need to drink less and lose some visceral fat

TBH, I haven't been trying to lose weight, but thought as everyone else is doing something maybe I should try get a bit fitter Up to 25 minutes on rower now and did an ftp test on bike today wasn't pretty and my legs are shot and now I'm in the pub , but by default my clothes are looser so I've lost some lard!

Morning all,

I decided to do some measuring yesterday, to see how my numbers had changed from the start of the year. In terms of weight, I’m now 13st (or 83kg). This is down from 14st6 (92kg).

More important though, as weight is just a number, are the other measurements...

Neck - was 17.5”, now 16.5”
Chest - was 43.5” now 42”
Belly - was 44.5” now 39”
Waist - was 37” now 34”

My new targets are to get to and maintain a weight of 12st 7lb, a 16” collar, and belly under 36”. I suspect getting there is going to be hard work and require some focussed core exercises, but we will see how we go... stretch target is to be there by end of May.

Just one more pound this week but in the right direction still, 19st 6lb now, it has been an odd week with long days and late dinners, eating out/take always three evenings haven’t helped. I shall reign it in a bit more this week hopefully.

Sunday Morning Stats... NEW FORMAT!

I've gone graphical!
I missed posting on time for the last couple of weeks, but I did take measurements. I was pleased to stay put on the measurements when away skiing as I at SOOO much!
Then last week I was in Ireland and ate even more, but didn't do the exercise to match, so I went up a couple of pounds again (although I wonder that some of that was down to the water retention when travelling, sitting most of the time and not moving. That said, I still managed to lose more aroudn the belly and hips so I'm pleased. Back on the band-wagon this week as my travel is alone so I can walk everywhere around my destination and eat at my preferred times.

Overall summary:
2nd January to 24th March
Belly flopped: 51" to 44.5" - 6.5" overall
Waist: 44" to 42" - 2" overall
Weight: 19st 8lbs to 18st st 6lbs - 1st 4lbs overall
