@JonW - ouch! Good luck for a speedy recovery. Hopefully you'll be back in the saddle (literally and figuratively) very soon.
Other than walking and trying to eat sensibly (mixed results) I've been rubbish for the last 10 days. The end of a thick cold culminated with a trip to Stockholm, but now I'm back I need to get my sh!t together and start moving again. I've even 'invested' in a bigger monitor for my Mac so I can enjoy a more immersive TV experience while I'm exercising (a task which I still firmly believe must always be undertaken out of sight of the general public. It really ain't pretty).
Thanks Adam - if you have a Mac in your gym, take a look at Rowpro.... I used to use that when I was rowing more than cycling and it’s quite nice to be able row with others or against a prior row...
It's more that I have the rowing machine and weights in my office / man-cave, but I'll definitely have a look at that - thank you. I assume you need the latest monitor, the wireless one - PM5, I think?
This would be fun to add up. I’ve lost 12 lbs. Or the weight of a Bald Eagle ( which sounds way cooler!)
Who can we get to make it upto an elephant’s penis?
Well, back on the booze, had a 5 pints and 2 double G&T's on Friday and a bottle and a half of red on Saturday and I slept badly both nights and feel lethargic and shite today!
I think Ill back off the booze.
Going to diet in Feb with the continued exercise then in March dry again.
This explains why I am always at least 60 pounds above my target weightThis would be fun to add up. I’ve lost 12 lbs. Or the weight of a Bald Eagle ( which sounds way cooler!)

Is this because as part of your plastic surgery, you’ve secretly harvested the equivalent of 10 people’s skin and created a range of different body suits???
What a dark and devious mind... and alarmingly astute.
