Eat more pies!

I'm about 23.8 these days but would be happier to have a slightly smaller waist (about an inch)

Not that my waist size is anything like the dangerous level

Just got some rather nice pork pies and Yorkshire Blue cheese from our local butchers...

I wish; pretty much back up there now, nearly all the hard work last spring is lost at the moment, need to find my mojo again.

Failing that, paying someone is actually quite effective as well.

the Kayak challenge is still in the offing although CV-19 has obviously delayed it again. All the logistics and initial planning are done, even managed a reccy trip last summer to check things out.
