But out of curiosity; how can you tell from that fairly poor photo ?

Well unless my eyes are not as acute as they used to be, I believe the lug nuts are 18-25mm in diameter. With that said your image gives me the impression that the caps are two and a bit times bigger meaning they would be the standard 55-58mm caps.

Perspective is a bit*ch though so I may be 100% wrong
