The left headlight is not working. I have already done the following checks:

1. Replaced the bulb with a new D1S bulb, but it still doesn't work.

2. Moved the headlight that was originally not working to the right side, but it still doesn't work. (I suspect the bulb is faulty.)

3. After reassembling, neither headlight works.

4. Disconnecting the vehicle's power supply did not improve the situation (both headlights are still not working).

5. The vehicle's computer does not display any relevant fault codes.

6. Checked fuses F16 and F24, but neither has power.

7. Checked the headlight control unit; there are no visible signs of burning or any smell.

Thank you so much for your help!

I'm worried that both headlight control units might be damaged... I hope someone can help me figure this out.

Try disconnecting the batter for a while, that should reset the ecu.
Yes!
After I disconnected and reconnected the battery, the right headlight returned to normal, but the left headlight still doesn't work...
At least for now, I can confirm that the right headlight is still working properly.
I suspect that the headlight ballast might be damaged?
