If you’re measuring at the the battery it could be a dodgy earth or corroded connection. I think there’s a +be terminal on the firewall. If you measure between there and the engine I think that’s the closest you’ll get to the alternator itself.

I'm sure when I measured mine it was around 13.65v at idle, and Matt said that was normal and that they don't seem to get 14v+ like some other cars.

This is correct. The traditional alternators just pump out 14.4v all the time but the ones on Maserati are intelligent, where they have a diode pack on the rear of the altenator that is sort of a smart charger and senses what voltage the battery requires.

OK, so just took it for a 40 minute drive (mainly because I missed driving it, and it's a perfect summer evening) and it was absolutely fine. No warning lights or battery symbols etc

When I got home I checked again with the multimeter and this time the battery was showing 12.69v implying it's been charged slightly from the earlier drop. At idle it was bang on 13.5v.

Don't know what to think now...

If it gives you any comfort I also get similar readings as you (battery replaced 7 month's ago). The only time I see 14+ volts is during a cold start.

Wait and see if this battery dies. Use a trickle if unused for long periods and see if you have further issues before blowing out on another alternator.

Went out this afternoon to check and it was showing 12.47v after sitting overnight.

Took it for a drive for around 25 minutes and came back showing 12.73v, which I think means it's been charged.

It does drop to 11.3v when cold starting and then climbs to 13.5v where it settles, but seems like this might be normal for our cars?

As an aside, when I parked up I could hear hissing which was from the front offside tyre losing all its air as there's now a puncture

Tyres and batteries are the only issues I've had, but never at the same time  This one has about 5mm of tread left as well ffs...

Yep. They seem to be no better than Lingling ditch finders: constant punctures, wearing quickly and noisy yet I always buy them anyway :as001 (2):

Wearing will be your geo set up. You need to get that sorted to stop the inner wear. I also have 2 fronts spare. Taken off my Strad. They are 255 but fit standard wheels. I think they are 2020 and have 5mm +

They wear fairly evenly, but they do seem to get down to the low 3mm fairly quickly which is when I change them. How many miles can one expect from a set of P-Zero's?

No idea tbh. Never left them on a car that long.

PZero's ordered for the front

Battery seems to be holding out, but will keep an eye on it. Hopefully that's the end of the issues and I can enjoy some drives in the nice weather.

Also, yellow calipers are ghastly...

Says the man ordering more Pzero's. I think we discount your opinions from now on. ;)
