So following on from my recent thread I have decided to put my car up for sale - pm for more info, pics, vids etc.

100k Miles
5 Former Owners (2 of which were dealers)
Owned since 2014
MOT till May ’22 but happy to put a new one on if required
Huge history folder with receipts for everything bought for the car, services etc.
Rare and beautiful Anniversary Blue colour – I only know of one other coupe in this colour in the UK!
LE ‘Aviro’ Leather/carbon fibre Interior with every possible extra available at the time it seems

So much to list but key service work:
Recent new clutch with new flywheel, clutch position sensor, clutch bearing etc.
Replaced front lower wishbones due to cracks – get this checked if you are buying one of these!
Replaced wishbone bushes/flanblocs throughout the rest of the car
New Michelin Pilot Sport tyres and alloys refurbished 4k miles ago
Geometry Setup by Center Gravity – car handles beautifully especially with the later steering rack which I believe was also fitted to the MCV model
As well as normal service items each year/2 years also I have replaced the radiator, F1 Pump, front crankshaft seal, Lambda sensors, rear track rod ends and fuel vapor canister (which often gets missed when they get serviced!)
Both subframes have also been regularly checked, cleaned and protected against corrosion – another key item to check if you are looking at these cars!

Modifications:
Goodridge Braided Brake Line Kit
Larini Secondary De-Cat Pipes
H Pipe (X Pipe also available!)
Mildly modified standard valved exhaust back box
BMC Airbox
The latter of these means that it sounds amazing!

Looking for £19k - it it fails to sell for that I will happily keep it!924959249692497924989249592496924979249892500

Thread resurrection - well it is Easter!

Still for sale but price reduced to £18000 as a new project has arrived and seems to be taking up all my time!?! All fluids, filters etc changed so ready to go for the summer. Will put a new MOT on it in the next few weeks prior to any sale. Is going really well and I had forgotton how amazing it sounds with the H pipe, Larini decat pipes and modified back box! Very reluctant sale!

Forgive me for being a Philistine, but why would anyone want a clapped out GT for 26k (Doing it properly this time) when this beauty can be had for 18k? Is an early GT that much better than a well sorted 4200 GS? 8000 pounds would buy a lot of gas to drive it!
Really can't fathom why 4200s are so blinking cheap.

Cheers fella! Well she was collected yesterday so the new journey begins but will still lurk on here and will probably return at some point.... Hopefully the new owner will appear on here as I mentioned the site and how useful it can be (and diverting!) Must say, probably the saddest I have been to see a car go - the combination of sports and GT car provides just a very special experience and what a bargain they are at today's prices!!

All the best to all!
