2005 QPV available

Making available my 2005 QP for sale with under 47k miles.

It's a DS that has benefits from a comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic updates.

I've owned the car since 2017 and over the last couple of years/2k miles had new F1 pump, engine mounts, ABS hub, new clutch, flywheel and bearing, valve cap gaskets, sparkplugs, suspension bushes +++

Also had new headlining fitted and the cabin is ace.

All stock including the paint which is factory original. Only mod is an x-pipe fitted to mildly enhance the soundtrack.

I am materially invested in this car and don't expect to get back what ive put in it. Then again if i can't find an offer that will do justice to the overall shape of it I will gladly keep.

I don't think asking for a price on an advertising thread is unreasonable , saves people the bother of contacting you if it's too much for them.

Is there no rules re using a template for selling ? Other forums I am on insist on following a template - with the price being one of the essentials .

Adverts without prices are utterly pointless. We are all interested in pretty much anything for sale until we know the price. POA is a waste of time in my honest opinion, as is ‘enquire for price’. It often means ‘I’m after so much for it I’m embarrassed to state it’. It’s a similar thing when people deliberately omit mileage from an advertisement, the key factor to influence value.

I certainly agree with that, my point was more about conduct.

A price is a price and it shouldn’t be a secret if you’re trying to sell - unless it’s an auction or you specifically state you are open to bids - you’d get some pretty silly ones if you’d open yourself up to that though…
