It costs a fortune to register a UK car in Spain these days (I know, as am in the middle of doing so). So for someone wanting a 4200 in Spain, it’s cheaper to buy one already registered there (such as this) than it is to import a cheaper one from the UK. This could explain some of the price difference.

Yes it is rust free.
We don't get much rain here on the Costa Del Sol and certainty don't get frost so no salt used here :)

The prices for these cars in Europe are a lot higher that in the UK.
But in saying that I have priced mine competitively to others for sale in Germany ect.

I figured there are members from all over Europe on here not just the UK so thought i would advertise here to see if any one is interested.

The market prices are clearly much stronger in Europe than the UK.*
Yep, I bought my LHD GT here in the U.K. for a price equivalent to a RHD U.K. car.
I did look at importing one from Germany but the prices were some 15-20K more for the same car.
Good luck with the sale OP, looks a nice car.

It was all so easily previously to the UK deciding to leave the EU and that's why I now won't be doing another import for myself.

Indeed. I’m using a very efficient German lady in Mallorca to do my import. She’ll make far fewer mistakes than I would!
