As title
It’s stuck with the park brake on outside my sons school. AA man says the battery is ok (it’s only a couple of months old). But he can’t even read the codes from the OBD port. Is there anyway of removing the park brake manually so I can limp it home?

Bet the battery is not OK but....

Under the floor of the trunk there's a winder for the EPB. Fits in the side of the module. The EPB will need re-calibrating (probably) afterwards but should get you going.

I agree, worth trying the battery reset first as it will only take 20 mins. Even if that works then a battery related issue could still well be the case.

Did the AA man test the voltage with the engine off and engine running?

...and under load

Yes tested with it off, then started and running, then started and running with lights and A/C on.

The error lights all came on as I was in traffic rather than the usual symptoms which are when you first crank it on a cold morning, which tend to disappear once you start it up again. Battery is less than 6 weeks old, brand new Bosch silver with a 5 year warranty

He somehow managed to release the park brake (some combination of putting it neutral, putting the handbrake on and then pressing the park off button) which has allowed me to limp it home. I’ve reset the battery but the errors are still there. I’m guessing it will be a sensor that’s gone.

Possibly Abs sensor/wheel bearing issues? I had all of those warnings (except I had no parking brake at all) when mine went. Again, this would occur mid-drive rather than at start up most of the time.
How many miles?

Exactly that

Worth also enquiring if it could potentially be the ABS pump? Another owner on another group has reported the ABS issue had been misdiagnosed initially as sensor/bearing.

The addition of the parking brake fault tends to make me think it isn’t a wheel bearing, or ABS pump. It’s one of those where it needs plugging in. Then you can check the wheel speeds and ABS function as well as the parking brake ECU.

I've had weird and wonderful 'errors' along with an EPB warning due to a low battery on the QP V, and had a new Bosch battery fail within a few months of fitment.

Where are you? You can plug in my Autel diagram tool if you want

I’m in Leeds. That’s a very kind offer- if you are nearby I’d be very happy to take you up on it!

Car was rolling in traffic and the audible beep and warning lights started, I drove on as bar the lack of traction control all seemed ok. I parked up to drop my son off, having not engaged the EPB, and then when I went to restart the car the EPB appeared to be locked up.
Disconnected the battery to clear the codes, went to start up and the same issue. That was before I rang the AA.
The faults now appear to have cleared themselves, no issues this morning (it’s a second car only used when my wife’s car isn’t available).
Booked in with Enso Automotive in Wetherby next week (closest place to me, that I’ve been recommended by some Ferrari owning folk) for investigation and potentially a replacement ABS sensor. Will let you know what they say!
