Been following the fortunes of this car for six years. Had various owners who bought it, abused it, Autosportivo fixed it, sold it, next person left it outside to degenerate…
Ant and I found it spares and repair a few months ago and decided to save it. It’s had a fair bit of welding done.
This one’s special - strut brace and Koni dampers wake the chassis up, yet don’t make it too harsh (like my 147 GTA) which is why I’ve been courting this one for so long. Now it’s mine…

Love it, had two 145s from new, (Co. cars,) 40k miles a year chucking them about the quiet Highland roads, happy days :) Looking forward to hearing how you get on.
PS one was nicknamed Satan! after water slowly dripped onto the relay board under the windscreen, would randomly flash it's lights at people and set it's horn off at 2am in the drive!!!

Good stuff. Mrs C loved hers. Was written off by a council contractor (rear end shunt and then the boot wouldn't open / close). I reckon it was her favourite car ever.

Be warned, though. Apparently the body panels are now made of pure un-obtanium....

Love the 145 Cloverleaf had a few and always great fun, they don't like big wheels or hard suspension though ruins the ride and the handling
