Hi Chaps,

As mentioned on the Raceglaze thread, I bought a similar thing from another site for less dosh and asked them for a forum group-buy offer or discount. They've come good for us!

This is the response I received:
"I can offer a generic 10% discount for a period of 1 month, so you can give it to members of the forum.
Discounts will be on ALL PRODUCTS IN WWW.FULLCLEANCENTRE.COM
CODE= CARFORUM (capital and together)
ENDS= 31.08.2018"

Go and get shopping before the end of August!

I bought the 11 litre jobby: https://www.fullcleancentre.com/11-litre-di-vessel/
There are other sizes if you prefer: https://www.fullcleancentre.com/di-pressure-vessels/
And a TDS meter: https://www.fullcleancentre.com/tds-meters/

I guess there's also nothing to stop you passing on this offer, but hey, they'll be getting extra business so won't complain!

If you do buy something, please post on this thread to say so.
Shame I didn't get the discount myself.

Seeing as the window cleaner has just been around, and chatted to him about options, just taken advantage of the 10% discount, thanks.
They appear to be the most competitive even before the 10% discount.
Gone for the 11lt as well, should last a good amount of time.

I bought the 11L vessel and TDS meter too even though I have no idea how to use the meter and we have soft water here that is so nice we canny Scots bottle it and sell it to tourists for silly prices.

Good job, Stevie! Including resin and the VAT it's a fiver less than the Raceglaze equivalent (ignoring P&P) but with an 11 litre capacity versus just 7 litres from Raceglaze. I assume that the quantity of purified water is proportionate? Raceglaze reckons up to 100l of water per litre of capacity, so that's a big saving.

Anyone know of any reason why the resin wouldn't be compatible? As it's just a container with an inlet and an outlet and some resin in between this appears to be the same process with different prices.

Athol, as an alternative, put me down for 700 litres of that fancy Scottish drinkin' water you boys specialise in.

My 11Lt turned up today, bigger than I expected!
Bought the TDS meter at the same time.
We do have soft water and it measures 82 PPM, and after the filter, zero.
So it should last a long while before requiring recharging.
