Got my daughter a 1.25 zetec fiesta. She loves it, they drive great too. No power to speak of, but that’s ok. I guess the 1.4 would be a little more lively, the 1.6 too much for insurance. Other one we nearly got was a Suzuki swift.

At the risk of being labelled a swivel eyed conspiracy loon, the plan/end game is you don’t own one at all, EV or ICE. Of course all the consumer cr@p will still be shipped around the world. EV’s are saving nothing, stick with your ICE (and your beer).

In my opinion they look great. It’s a flat 4 but now a 230bhp 2.4 instead of the 2.0 of the GT86. Much better torque too. It’s a great car, feels (and is) much lighter than most modern cars, handles very well, really fun to drive. Plenty quick enough for uk roads, not as fast as an alpine/cayman...

We went here, for 30k new, comes with 10 year warranty. (I’m sad the alpine is auto only, like the 4C was too, shame)

Registered after mar 17 was £180 plus ‘luxury tax of another 3-400 but only for 5 years. So back down to £180 now. Before mar 17 it’s 695 for the same car…. Must be a very late registered one.

I’m guessing if I have the normal manual dipping lever on the interior rear view mirror it’s not got the chromatic option for all mirrors
