Thank you for responding... I have installed two new CR 1220 batteries, and took it to my service guy to check if any signals being generated when the buttons are pressed. The remote indicator shows not signals transmitted when buttons are pressed. I am not clear on the paper clip resolution...

I have an 02' spyder. I've tried to removed the front CD console cover on the armrest to removed the "sticky" residue. However, I can't seem to take-off the front plate. I had removed the two screws under the armrest lid, but the black front cd cover won't budge. any suggestions?
