Seems to be all the time when under load. Disappears when I back off ,as I’d expect

Hi all, I’ve just bought a 25000 k 4200 manual to replace my much loved 3200 ,which was incinerated in a bushfire in March. I am loving the 4200 ,but am intrigued by a slight transmission whine in 5th and 6th gears . Is this normal? Is it something I should worry about?
