I'd like to buy a Strad. Anyone selling a decent one for a good price

Ewan - looks nice but it appears to be quite old, very high mileage, missing a few seats and a bit of power too………

    Best Sounding Cars

An RS3 or M850i sound better than a Stradale……..of course they do!!

First post - any advice on one of these two Granturismos :-)

I’m assuming you found Jon Paul Motors and this was not the dealer‘s suggestion of a local Indy?? I would want a recognised specialist to do the inspection as they will know exactly where to look on each Maserati model of any particular age. Good luck, I’m sure you’ll make the right decision...

    CTEK charger

MXS 5.0 on the Stradale and another on an old tractor kept outside, both fantastic.

What is the consensus on the GranTurismo MC?

Regarding carbon ceramics, don't believe the Internet! They are not as fragile as everyone makes out and it's pretty easy to spot ones that have been mistreated. In normal road driving, you'll have 50k+ without changing pads and 100k+ without changing discs. Also, the discs don't rust and no...

Cat D 2 Seater Strad Anyone?

Everything about it looks damaged and/or tired, wouldn’t go near it for the road at any price. If the price dropped enough, might be interesting to someone as a track-toy project ….??

    Channel tunnel advice please.

We’ve used it often for family skiing trips and the odd German “toll road“ weekend……. it’s great. We normally do standard out as you know more or less when you’ll arrive but Flexi on the return for obvious reasons. It’s a lottery whether you’ll get allowed on early if you’re not Flexi, I think...

    Paint protection for new car

Thanks guys, really useful. I have to weigh up that Land Cruiser paint isn’t the thickest and chips easily with the fact that it‘s a Toyota not a Maserati so it‘s not the end of the world if it has the odd battle-scar……

    Paint protection for new car

After a 12 month wait I’ve finally taken delivery of my new Land Cruiser. It’s the 4th I‘ve owned and having been unimpressed by Dealer paint protection in the past, I skipped that option and was considering a ceramic coating and maybe even a PPF to the front end. A friend (mutual friend of Guy...

hey new mc stradale owner finally

Congratulations, not a decision you will regret for a minute!! Look forward to hearing how you’ve got on when you have a few miles under the belt. Now get that floppy number plate correctly fixed flat on the splitter……

    Maseratis - Spotted

They were perfectly nice, no ticket and just a suggestion that I got it changed from being stuck flat on the splitter to bolting a bracket on and having the plate upright. Not wrong but it’s a normal plate and works on APNR for carparks and Dartford etc.

July 2016 Stradale - just a standard 12v cigarette lighter socket on the passenger side of the boot. How disappointing!

MC Stradales - out with the old and in with the new

I bought mine at almost exactly the same time that Craig did so I remember that special car very well. I’m glad you’ve stuck with a Stradale, I still can’t think of anything that could replace it. Enjoy! Mark.
