The fuel thing has obviously been debated to death on every car forum ever. My 2p is that pretty much ever since Tesco brought out 99, I've used it in all my cars whenever I can. For me, its best bang for buck. Before the Maserati I was always into tuned, forced induction, Japanese cars. I drive...

What Zep says. Also, read his linked thread, as you'll see that to fit the rear bumper, you'll need to alter the boot/battery floor to accommodate the Stradale exhaust.

As zep says, totally interchangeable. There was post on piston heads years ago where someone replaced all of theirs with the MC / stradale.

Brake needs to pressed to shift from N to 1 or R

Just something I've noticed on the pics of all these Chinese ones, is where the cable goes to the sensor doesn't seem to be 'heat shrunk' properly. So just make sure that's done or it's well taped if you don't have heatshrink.

I've changed a front and a rear on my GT in the last year. The front is a pretty straight forward job, so I took a punt on a pattern part as if it failed early, I'd happily change it again without too much hassle. Not a £100 part straight from China, but a 350ish from the UK (probably from China...

As was mentioned earlier, there's a good chance they've been refurbed/painted at some time in their life, so the chance of them being exact factory colour reduces. Also, none of the centre caps ever match the wheel colour exactly anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much.
