What have you done to your Maserati today?

Car cleaned and sparkly now, been using it on a few dry days over the winter but still gets a bit grubby, such a pleasure to clean and then admire.

Looking for a set of Ghibli GT wheels.

Gulp.....how do I say this Ewan. But yes. I just dont like them. I think it makes the car look a bit spindly and not very chunky. When I owned it the first time I changed the wheels then as well. I've had it back for a few years now and I have been having the same thoughts again. When its parked...

    Sad News

Same as Ewan I also got my first Ghibli from David in around 1999, a LHD 2.0 car from Italy that he drove back. I just checked my mails and he said he bought it from a chap on the outskirts of Torino. He told me since he had brought a few back like that. I had it as a daily for 5 or so years and...

This seems like it's making good money.

I definitely think they have aged well, both coupe and spyder. Both have great characteristics for not too much money.

    Something 612-related I wrote a while ago...

morning Nathan, well that looks interesting. It feels a bit reckless to buy sight unseen and I will have to sell the 612 to buy. Where do you think the bidding will be on the shamal ?

    Something 612-related I wrote a while ago...

Well not 100% sure. I like the Aston Rapide, I also like the Gran Turismo. Nr 1 choice would be a shamal but thats too much of a stretch now. So we will see.

    Something 612-related I wrote a while ago...

Well its finally time for my 612 to be sold. Nearly 4 and a half years of heaven but things change. Its a 2004, Tour de france Blu, crema leather & blue stitching. 45630 miles. Bought from the Ferrari Center in Kent. Nathan used it and wrote the article in Modern Classics so there are some nice...

    612 Scaglietti - I blame Richard Grace!

Yes agreed Guy, the silver wheels I think do look better and the shape definitely has matured nicely. Plus the sports exhaust makes it sound like a hooligan. I had a 550 previously with standard exhaust and it was tame in comparison.

    612 Scaglietti - I blame Richard Grace!

I had the same 'no harm in looking' situation at a 612 at KHPC about 4 years ago. Then without really realising how these things happen ....... it appeared on my drive. Its 2004, fantastic condition, epic sports exhaust sound, great colour and lovely to drive. I think you made a great choice...
