I've just read on another thread that shift linkages can be an issue on manuals. Can someone fill in the details on this please? What in particular issue should I look for? What's the fix? How expensive is said fix? Thank you.

Well, I should not have sold my 4200 in the first place. Though, the clutch on it once failed on the Brent Cross flyover. I think I made the travel news that night.

Maseratis are now just too big. What Maserati needs to build, in my opinion, is a 4200 / Gransport sized car. Something that is a practical proposition for driving in town.
