Try the S63 coupe from 2015 on about £45k best car i driven in the real world.

That’s just the centre unit which is the fiddlier part. I have tackled the simple surfaces with goo gone and thinners which removes the sticky stuff but will leave the complicated bits to the professionals.

I’ve used all seasons tyres before and yes they are noisier and not really suitable for high performance cars despite what they say makes the car much less responsive. if it were me, I would avoid Pirelli’s which work better in higher temperatures and probably go for something like Michelin PS5...
