BCA have one at auction at the moment. Condition 4 with some body rust and internal damage…rather optimistic "Buy It Now" price of £6,950+fees. It was due to go through the auction yesterday before being withdrawn and offered up as a Buy It Now vehicle.

I have a couple of Alfas one of which has a “sports” exhaust fitted. One of my guys says it’s too loud, the other says it’s perfect. They are both MOT testers...:D

The one I almost bought back in 2007 was grey with red interior and is still my favourite combination, but I have to say the silver/blue combo has grown on me too and almost certainly better in the flesh.

Are these bits readily available? Might well make a difference to someone looking at that auction.

I only accept bank transfers for payment. I get it paid into an account that I keep next to nothing in, I immediately transfer it out of that account whilst the person is still with me. Seems to work for me anyway.

I agree. I’ve been keeping an eye on the 911 996 and early 997 market for a while now and have been seeing a downward trend in prices for a while now. I’ve also hankered after a 3200 for a long time but those that I’ve seen are pitched at “hopeful” prices in my mind. Think a market correction...

By the way, it is possible for multiple people to combine pensions into one pot to do something like this but I don't know the detail as it wasn't necessary for me.

This may be a non-starter depending on what you have squirrelled away in pensions. I combined all of mine into a SIPP and used it to buy a commercial property through my pension fund. I then set up a separate legal entity called Gray's Auto Services Limited which leases the commercial property...
