It does have full auto - that is the mode the car starts in by default Then you turn off auto and turn on sport mode :cool: The auto mode actually works quite well, sure it isn't as smooth as a ZF box, but good for when needed. The MC is much better as a semi auto. No clutch so the paddles...

Could you feel one side of the cloth trim in the boot being (more) wet? That might help pinpoint the ingress side. I saw a YouTube video showing how water gets in around the rear lights on GTs. Probably similar. Worth checking the gutting around the boot is clear too.

I always thought carbon ceramics were not ideal for road use as it's hard to get them up to temperature. I feel the steel brakes work fairly well, although I'm not exactly pushing it...

Rebuild the house so the ground floor is parking, then the house is raised up. That would probably be cheaper than digging down

Parking sensors are also a Skoda part, a quick search should bring it up.
