I’ll just do launch control.... oops

For me, engine in the front, rear or four wheel drive, long wheelbase, no turbos, not too many gears............wait there that's what I've got.

I’ll just do launch control.... oops

Lots of people crash mid engined cars with the traction control on I would guess.

    Not a good Sunday

Hope it gets sorted. PS Never trust people that put a tow bar on city cars.

Yep the hills there are deceptively high despite being close to Edinburgh.

LOL don’t recall seeing a V12V up here. Mind we had a guy with a V8 Vantage who was banned for doing something like 140mph on the A90 - made the front page of the papers. Not much happens up here........................

A lot of it is tyres. As an example CAR magazine recently had a feature on the Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglio and mentioned that it had a tendency to have rear wheel damage. No mention that the car is delivered on P Zero Corsas - stupid tyre for a 500PS RWD saloon car in the UK.

I’ll just do launch control.... oops

Mid engined, perceived safety net of 4WD and ESP, tyres designed for 20c+, urban narrow road etc etc. It's not lack of talent it's just knowing the time and the place.

    Top speed

Yep they are but purely as it saves needing two forward gears for electric cars that an unlimited top speed might need in some higher powered vehicles. The safety angle is an interesting marketing benefit (for them) but is not the real driver. Porsche are not doing this in their electric cars...

    Maserati in films

Sums up where we are with cars really. Mate looking at ordering a Macan....really wants a 911 but like many is impressed by what SUVs can now do and sports cars are just getting too fast especially as enthusiastic driving is increasing not encouraged. There's a new topic in that for a rainy...

    Maseratis - Spotted

Nice illegal plate. Looks like he had to chance them to get it through the last MOT - what’s the point?

    Enjoy. Rain today?

    This looks lovely

Like the way it has a navy roof. So many people order navy cabriolets and then put on black roofs which looks plain wrong. I would have to swap out the steering wheel - not a fan of wood wheels.

    Poncy puddle lights?

That would be enough for a QP.

    Poncy puddle lights?

I've often wondered if they don't work on a dry day.
