    Maseratis - Spotted

Seem to spot them all the time on telly now I've bought one! I didn't watch the program, but my wife (who did) said there might be a Maserati in it at the end. Said it was the sound it made when he started the engine that reminded her of ours! (Impressed by that)

Removing middle dashboard air vents on my GT

Job done. Was a little fiddly, both getting the lovres to click back into place, and getting the unit back into it’s original setting! But all done now and looking like it should. Thanks again for the support all.

Removing middle dashboard air vents on my GT

Anyone advise me and where to 'prise' to get the middle dashboard air vents out? the blades have become detached from the spacer mechanism, so they all 'flop' around like bored teenagers!

    Granturismo Rear Bumper Removal Guide

And do you think that it’s simply the ‘damp’ conditions in behind the bumper that is causing the sensors to be so temperamental and weather sensitive?

Don't think it's the boot seal, as it looks good all round, and there's no sign of damp on the inside of the top of the boot when I remove the lining. I did however see it appearing at the end of your arrow (and mine), here: but only after pointing the hose directly at that point from though...

Cheers Namaste. That’s exactly the angle I needed, but not what I was expecting to see! The water must be getting in at a higher level. Many thanks for doing this though. Andrew

    Granturismo Rear Bumper Removal Guide

Namaste, Is there any chance you can post me a picture looking in the direction of the blue arrow? I have a leak on the inside of the boot all the way along the ‘red’ joint. I am trying to see if using a bathroom sealant on the inside join will prevent further ingress, but not sure how water...

    Granturismo Rear Bumper Removal Guide

Brilliant! Coincidently, I was in the boot today trying to: 1. Find out where water is getting into the boot. 2. Trying to fix my water intolerant Reversing sensors. I followed your previous photos to revitalise the Reversing sensor control box solder joints and see if that solves the reversing...

This too is my biggest concern. Similar events led to the demise of my TVR. It is being welded and treated by my garage, as they reassure me it is fixable.

    Headlight problem on 2007 GranTurismo

With such a poor/fragile design, I can't understand why others aren't suffering. We cant be the only two with issues! Or are we the only people who don't have a garage, and drive our cars in the dark and wet?
