Hi Friends!

I don’t know whether you have noticed that it is not possible to unlock the trunk with the button in the glove box while the engine is running.
I really wonder why in the world??
Like if someone opens the glove box while driving 250km/h and accidentally opens the trunk which makes the car lifting off or so…

For me it was not only annoying but not good for the engine and starter since I work in a protected environment where I need to open the trunk when coming and leaving my workplace. I show my ID, switch off the engine, open the glove box, push the trunk button, close the glove box, start the engine and this twice a day.
So I studied the electric plan and found a relai that opens its circuit while the engine runs.
Its the top rear relai behind the flap to the battery.
Remove it and connect the contacts as shown in the picture.
Now you can open the trunk while the engine is running. Hope someone can use this.
