Thought it worthwhile to show the works being completed to my new-to-me GT 4.2.
*(need to work on my image hosting clearly...)
Bought after a PPI by Prestige that identified dust in the place of the front suspension bushes. Thankfully the dealer had already forked out for the drivers side upper and lower arms+bushes from Eurospares so I just needed Dale to source the bush kit for the near-side.
Here is the state of the bushes / subrame on first removal of the wheels.

Bushes and bolts seized in place so four had to be cut across the front axle. Then onto rust removal and prevention.

Looking a bit better, so once three coats of preventative treatment were dry, waxoyl put onto as a final coat.

Much cleaner! This is how she sits currently as Maserati only had one bolt in stock! Back on Friday to reassemble.
In the meantime new battery ordered to try and resolve the voltage issues throwing a load of codes. Also had a n unnerving rattle on startup yesterday, but it has only ever happened once from cold and not everytime. Didn't sound exactly like the variator rattle clips i have seen so something to explore on Friday. This is how she looks normally!
