Remember that bright red QP V with about 100 miles on it? (the one with the DNR interior) sorry cant find the link to it, well it has been sold, and Emblem have just had it in to do some work on the interior to make it a little less in your face, looks much better now.

That interior was shocking....Love the red on the outside though. What are they changing on it do you know ?

They have done a good job (see their FB/Insta feed) but its still in your face! Just not with the power of the sun!

It's mildly more acceptable... perhaps I'm just jealous because I don't think I've seen many other GT S variants with the rear blinds option box ticked. Grrrrr mmmumble. :)

I'm not seeing much improvement. It's still VERY red!

I've had the pleasure of sitting in a lovely red leather/piano black interior GT S a few years back... pulls off the look much better than this one I feel.

I wonder how much the new owner here paid for this... recall seeing it up for £47k initially, then £42k, despite the leather lifting on account of damp ingress I think another thread pointed out... surely though this is the lowest mileage GT S in the country with simultaneously the loudest interior!

Actualy subtle but much better. The door top, top panel and dash bottom works well. Look at the picture of the state of the leather they have taken off. For a car that's never used that doesn't look good and I can see why they changed it.

Am I right in remembering that this was the one where it looked like the interior had got damp?

It was an import, bought with two other cars (one of which was a Bianco Fuji QP). From memory they came from Malaysia. They were ex dealer display vehicles, hence the low miles. The humidity wasn’t kind to this particular example causing the interior damage you could see in the photos.
