That wasn't the same year.

There was a year around then 12/13 ish that it ****** down all day I remember and there was a decent SM turnout.
I've a feeling the incident in question was the year before - we had all met up in Lutterworth I think for the drive over.

All a long time ago now, mind.

Congratulations on the 10 year anniversary - well done to Matt and other moderators.
Reflecting back - it’s 9 years since I joined and over 50,000 miles in a 3200 in that period - not entirely without issues. However with the support of the community i have kept the car going and I have been on some great trips and made many friends. Wishing the sm forum continued success.

Just checked and I actually didn't join until 25th September 2010 having collected my 4200 the previous day! I had been lonely in the other place for a few months during my search and eventual test drive in the July.

Any sign of Emtee today?

He posts on our Facebook page so he’s still around.

All good mate. You are still part of my favourite SM moment. When you led our Auto Italia bound convoy down a dead end en route to Stanford Hall 9am Sunday. 2012 ish?

The looks on the locals faces as 20 Massers did a U turn en masse with attendant noise will live with me forever. Dem was there and a few others of the original crowd. Priceless.

Yup, that took quite a bit of planning, or was it a complete lack of planning.......:D....as the song goes....Those were the days my friends!!!!!

Is SM putting up a plaque in memory of said event??!!

Well done, and thank you to Matt and all involved, in creating and maintaining this place.
I've only been a member 5 years, and an owner just 15 months, but visit several times a day to read and occasionally post.

Happy birthday SM

Happy Birthday SM

Joined here in 2013 and bought my GT in 2016. Great to have a forum so passionate about the marque.

Well done to Matt and all involved. Whilst I do not post much, am an avid reader!

Well done guys, Happy Birthday and thank you. This forum has always been very helpful and entertaining.
In the 13 years I’ve owned mine I’ve always used this when looking for some assistance and you’ve always come up trumps.

I did have a calendar event pop up but was up to my elbow in engine oil...so technically celebrating it in my own way.

Congratulations on producing an entertaining and broad minded forum!
I have been a member for some five and a half years since taking delivery of my new Ghibli, and very much enjoy reading and sometimes contributing to the wide variety of topics being discussed, not to mention the support and advice from other members.
