Well done 2.5 kg is no mean feat!I failed to weigh in over the weekend, so did so this morning. Progress is not spectacular, but there is progress
Weight on New Years Day: 95.50 kg
Weight on 19th January: 94.05 kg
Weight today: 93.00 kg
This includes an increase to just over 96kg in the first week, so the optimistic way of looking at this is it’s 3kg lost in January.
If I can repeat that every month between now and July, that would be 18kg lost, and I’d be 78kg (12st 4)… ridiculously, this still gives a BMI of over 25!

steady slow progress which after a bit of a lax 10 days is pleasing- Australia Day turned into 3 days!Ok so I’ve had another good week, 6 days of gym/ exercise, usual daily fast, good eating and a deserved junk meal
The result, up on last week. 68kg and 10.7%.
I put this down to, a bigger than expected loss over week 1 (leveling out) and muscle gain. Did a lot of leg work.
The scales tell 1 half of the story and the mirror tells the other. I’m definitely trimmer than I started out at and can see it particularly around the love handles.
Having reviewed the excellent progress others have made I will stick with my current routine and will book a flight to London.
